The stone had to be honed and then polished. I choose a satin finish. Jose was very diligent in his work seeing that all surfaces were restored to a beautiful finish. Jose was able to remove deep stains that I could not with any type of cleaner. I was pleasantly surprised with the results. Had the best experience all around with Sir Grout. Booking my appointment for estimating was extremely easy. Renzo was right on time and super knowledgeable and friendly and very clear on the work that would be done and answered all my questions. The appointment for the work was scheduled very quickly and Carlos was tremendous! He did a superb job on all my tiles. Very friendly and patient with me keeping my dogs corralled all day while he worked so hard. I'm extremely happy with the results as well
