This is the first time I used Sir Grout for cleaning and sealing my shower with glass tiles. Carlos did a wonderful job, and I would recommend for anyone to use him. Also, the owner of Sir Grout is Renzo. Very knowledgeable and takes his time explaining everything you need to know about his service.
The technicians, Carlos and Larry, were excellent. They redid caulking and grout in all The bathrooms, showers and a window that had become very dirty from outside water.
Did a fantastic job, made the tiles look like brand new, very professional and courteous technician, i would highly recommend.

From the initial visit by Renzo to evaluate and propose cleaning, repair and sealing of the grout in our foyer and kitchen we were impressed with their professional and friendly service. When Larry came to do the work it was the same. Larry did a thorough job of explaining his plan. He completed the work and the results are excellent as expected. Larry took care to protect other surfaces and items throughout the process. We highly recommend them.
